It works
What else is there to know? It’s a basic outlet splitter. It doesn’t look great, but that’s not what it’s for. It doesn’t have any fancy features, but that’s not what you need in something like this. It’s made of durable materials meant to withstand abuse and three large plugs, and it does that quite well. It sticks out enough for hug brick plugs to fit against the wall, and the front outlet has no clearance issues either. Perfect for my use case in a non-visible but higher-wattage application.

Sort of a Tonka of outlet splitters. I keep one in my bag, just in case.
Technology, no matter how far down you are in skill set, always always begins with power. So you never know when you're just an outlet short. And I'm not saying you should daisey chain everything. But say you run into just a two outlet wall plate, and both are taken. You need to plug a computer or radio or something in. Just pop one of these in, and you're golden. These are solid rubber all the way around, sturdy grip when you plug it in. Simple, but powerful little device to have in your tool kit.
