I ordered a 500 pack then ordered a 1000 pack. They are both good but the 500 pack seemed to have a better grease resistant layer.

I use these before placing into a plastic bag. They work great and the bonus is you can reuse the plastic bag several times. Overall this saves money.

Don’t mind the fold in the wax paper in the photo , because it’s been used already. Just got them yesterday and this wax paper is heavy duty , not like the stuff of yesteryear’s. So if you are used to the thin clear stuff that rips easy this wax paper is for you. I purchased it for the convenient size that will fit my needs and I didn’t have to cut it off a bulk roll. It was shipped in a sturdy cardboard box and sealed in shipping plastic bag. For home use I’m leaving the wax paper in the box that it came in and just leave one end open and pull one sheet out as needed at a time.

These fit perfectly into some pizza boxes I use for charcuterie boards. The paper was so easy to slide out that I actually now use them to prep my grazing tables at home and assemble on site. Definitely will purchase again.
