First time used and was great but the warning tray melted ? Surely that’s not right ?

Take more than 1,5 hours to cook a steak and few vegetables!! I have given up to wait for vegetables... And be careful because the return cost you!

Definitely not smokeless, kitchen looked liked I’d had a bonfire in it. Cooked bacon really quickly, however I wouldn’t use it for anything else, it’s just not got enough power to it.

Wish i had got something bigger. It only just fits a toasted sandwich in. The lid does not close well as the hinge at the back does not lift to give room to the food when you close it. But it does the job but wouldn't want to cook much more tha a sandwich.

After my other names branded grill lost its teflon coating and was what I think is safe to eat off, I was looking for something similar without teflon. This fits the bill to a certain extent. My previous grill cooked on both sides of the food and got rid of more fat due to the design. If this was designed like the other brand (former boxer) I would have given it five stars. The copper grill plate is very easy to clean and a lot better for you than teflon, as copper is a natural anti bacterial element.

I normally dont leave reviews but felt compelled to , Salter EK4218CP Copper Non-Stick Smokeless Electric Grill is an excellent value for money product. I was a bit sceptical at first having read bad reviews but thought it was cheap enough for what it was . I have to say all the negative comments about it doesnt heat up enough etc are incorrect. I have grilled mostly chicken and pork chops on and got enough heat out of it . It grills meats and vegetables etc perfectly. For the money , definitely a big thumbs up from me.

Great product, good size for two, will be using it camping and caravanning, does not have hot plate for eggs etc but does most other grilling. Food looks great and tastes good. temperature control very good.
