Quality card, laminated. However I'm finding many restaurants no longer accepts them.

My daughter and I both had bariatric surgery (her 2 years ago and me just 3 weeks ago) and needless to say we cannot eat as much as we used to. We now share meals when we go out and having this card on hand to discreetly state why we are sharing meals. Arrived very timely, no problems at all. Highly recommended!

This has worked well at restaurants without having to explain for everyone to hear.

So far I've not used these cards. I've found if I just order a regular dinner and only eat what I need, box the rest and take it home. It may come in handy at some time so I'll keep it in my purse.

I had gastric bypass 08/08/22 and this card has been a life saver. my family loves to go out to eat and now that I can't eat alot this card saves wasted food and money I just show my card to my server and they let me buy off the kids menu or get a discounted prices. I highly recommend this to any gastric surgery patients.

This card helped us considerably at a very expensive restaurant. They only charged for kid price because of Bariatric surgery we could not eat at a buffet for $50 when all we can eat is about 4 ounces of food. So they charged the kids price, still expensive for the smaller amount of food we eat but helpful and we got to spend time with our friends at a birthday party there.

Life saver!!! I had to have surgery to save my life so now when I go to eat at restaurants it’s a battle with the overcharging and not wanting you to eat off the kids meal. This card saved my life to because restaurants will accommodate for the card. I still get nasty little bit at least I’m not charged six dollars or more for an extra plate.
