Blade is good for general metal cutting. It will cut hardened metal, but may shorten the life of the blade. It's a quality made blade that last a long time. Makes good smooth cuts. Had one on a saw for five or six years that cut a lot of metal. The bade was still cutting good until a coworker abused it on a bunch of hardened metal. It still worked, but was getting harder to cut with. A great blade that last a lot of cuts when used properly.

Cut great twice and is already dull, it's throwing sparks and burning the pipe i'm trying to cut. Update: i called evolution directly and they are sending out a new blade, I was very grateful and impressed. Changing my stars to 5

Best metal cutting blade on the market. Reasonably priced and if you treat it right, it will last a long time.

Cuts like butter, and is still cool to the touch

I've been using this blade in the Evolution saw to cut bar stock for production runs in my Haas MiniMill. I've tried several different blade and this one works the best. The saw is set up on a rolling stand with a plywood box that catches 90% of the chips and is used with a cover when not in use. I'm cutting 1018 mild steel rectangular bar. So far this blade has cut 80 pieces of 1-1/8" x 5/8 bar and 150 pieces of 1/4 x 7/8 bar. As you can see in the picture, I am also using a "Cool Mist" set up. Note for the guys trying to cut conduit and other thin stuff, you need a blade with a higher blade count. Ideally, the blade spacing should be less that the material thickness.

Installed this blade after quite some time using the stock abrasive blade that came with the saw. Completely blown away by how fast, smooth and spark free this blade cuts. So far, 5 rightly earned stars.

Wow this Saw Blade is absolutely the best Blade I have ever used. I bought this Saw Blade from Amazon and to be honest it was a bit of a guess to see if it would fit my Makita Cold Cut Saw. Well, the good news it did fit and after about 100 cuts the quality is obvious for me to see as it cuts so good and of course no heat is generated. I really wish I had bought one of these Blades sooner as a quick search on any Google review website shows that Evolution Blades are the best Blades money can buy. I ordered my Blade on a Prime Sale and after a few days of use I quickly ordered a spare Bade. I will try to upload a few images of how clean the cut is from these Blades but my advice us that if you need a Saw Blade just order an Evolution Bade.

Evolution Power Tools verspricht nicht zu viel bei dem was das Sägeblatt können soll. Ich habe damit mehrere Flacheisen 40 x 6 mm und Vierkantrohre 40 x 40 x 2 mm gesägt. Ich nutze das Blatt mit einer Evolution R210SMS Kappsäge und die Ergebnisse sind perfekt. Standzeit wird sich noch zeigen aber nach dem ersten Dauereinsatz sehe ich da keine Probleme.
