reasonable item for the price
2nd purchase of same item from same seller credence. received all items as mentioned. sealed item says made in China. but the M10 adapter was different every time -end part fully round in one and half flat in another one. the half flat part clamps better on rotary chuck of drill/other tool. 2nd time the packaging was garbage (just sellotape)

Good item
Uses velcro technique to attach the sanding disc to rotating attachment which finally is secured on the drilling machine.

Sanding Disc etc
The Picture shows the shank also; but when received, it is not there in it and it is useless - as it has to be used with a drilling machine. If that is not part of the supply the misleading picture is given in the product description?
