I found it to be easy to swallow and tolerated it well. However, when I looked at the amount of actual calcium in each pill, it is quite low (400 mg, so a total of 31% RDA for calcium by taking 2 pills). So now, in addition to taking 2 of these pills, I'm needing to take additional pills to get the amount of calcium I need. If you only need a small amount of calcium this might be a great option, but for me it was disappointing. I should have read more carefully. Don't make the same mistake!
