These flip-up readers do the trick. They easily clip onto my prescription glasses and stay put. They're also lightweight. I appreciate that they came with a clear case for safe keeping. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Cheap enough to replace when scratches get too bad. I am using them hours a day.Stays attached to my prescription lenses and does not damage them.Really helps with close detail work.

The little bumpers fall off and those can scratch the glasses you are putting them on

I needed additional magnification for when I'm in the field tying a fly onto my line or maybe replacing the tippet. The 3.00 magnification was sufficient if I had them on my prescription glasses but not quite enough if I had them on my non-prescription sunglasses so I want to order a pair of 4.00 now but have to wait until the price drops back to $7.99.

Not at all what I thought they were. They don't stay clipped onto your glasses. I move my head and they fall right off. The lenses have more of a foggy appearance and make it difficult to see clearly. Tried several times over a 24 hour period and then they went right in the trash! Lesson Learned not to buy this type of item online.

These are just what I need when i'm out in my embroidery shop. I use regular readers(1.50) but when threading needles even with the readers it was a struggle. I have 3.00 readers just for threading needles but it was a pain having to switch between the two so I searched amazon and this was exactly what I was looking for. Now I just flip these down when I need to thread a needle or see other fine detail work.
