Rohto Hadalabo Gokujyun Value Set- Lotion(5.7fl/170ml)/milk(4.7fl/140ml)/cream(1.8/50g)

I have been using this product for about a week and used the the items in the following order after cleansing my face:Lotion first, then Olay (Microsculpting) serum; then the Milk, and then the Cream. I do this once in the morning (add spf after the cream) and at night. As I am using these items together (didn’t test separately) I cannot tell which of the 3 items in the set is making my face feel moist or perhaps if all three items are needed to make my skin feel this good. However, I am giving it 5 stars because ever since I started using these products together, my face has felt moist all day since I started using this and I’ve been having a hard time with dry skin lately (worse with pregnancy and acne but this did not make acne worse despite being moisturizing).Most moisturizing creams will lose effect after an hour or so then my face feels dry again including some that are stated to work for Extra-Dry skin. This may be because I did not use a lotion or milk product before as provided in this set, but I haven’t tested these items with other moisturizing creams to be sure if that is the case. Given the price for this set, it is cheaper than some other brands if we’re to buy a separate moisturizing cream. If it stays this effective by the time I finish using this, I most likely wild buy this set again and continue to use all three items in the same order.

One way to try all the products. I bought this after running out of hada.labo premium. I wanted to try the Milk and cream as moisturizers for my skin, but the Milk and cream have silicone and humectants and because I live in a dry climate the humectants in them have no humidity to pull in, plus I am oily, so they were good but nothing to buy again for my situation. In conclusion the hada labo lotion is amazing by itself, but the extended product line did not work for my oily skin in a dry climate, but the lotion is still a holy grail. Both the milk and cream still sit unfinished in the bathroom. Still, I've re-bought allot more of the lotion because that product is a holy grail for anyone. I recommend the light version or regular in winter if you live in dry climates or are oily. The premium type, and the rich version can be overly humectant: a tiny bit sticky basically, for oily skin in a dry climate.

Did not dislike the product at all. I just wished it also came with a toner and moisturizer cream for day.

I use this every day, and I really enjoy using it. Even though the instructions were in Japanese, my set came with a helpful English blurb on each bottle with instructions on how much of each to use and in what order you use them, which helped a lot! One thing to note is it does tend to make your skin shinier, which is not a bad thing.

I use these products in combination with each other. I have used the cream in the past and loved it, although this version did not give me the same "wow" effect. I didn't care for the liquid lotion, or the milk. None of these products made my skin more hydrated. If you need extra hydration like me, look elsewhere.
