Yes. Trig in port is for your bass drum pedal and HH Ctrl is for your HH pedal. See owner manual for more information regarding connecting these pedals.

I run mine through a 900 NXS2 mixer, 1/4 inch to rca plugs. I would think you could also run through your 2nd mix, or even midi
