While it does take a bit of work to get them properly seasoned, after they are they cook beautifully.

Uneven cooking, a nightmare for all crêpes lovers
This pan was supposed to be my new go to pan for my Crêpes.I am so disappointed!It is impossible to get an even cooking. Horrible pan! I attempted to season it numerous times but i am still having an Horrible experience! All my crêpes are sticking in different areas on the surface of the pan, thus making it impossible to get a decent product! I am very very disappointed!

Lots of stains/discoloration after a few uses, uneven heating, poor quality.
We have used carbon steel pans before, and this one is just terrible. We saw lots of stains and discoloration after a few uses. The whole pan had several different colors- black, blue, silver, white, yellow - to the point where we decided this may not be safe to use.The pan's heating is also uneven - we were using it to make flatbreads (rotis), and we found them burning on one half, while uncooked on the other. The surface is also unusually sticky - yes, we don't expect the surface to be non stick, but huge chunks of food just remains on the surface after cooking. Please take this pan back and save us!
