Very useful!
I had never tested my PH before. I used one right away out of curiosity and my PH was good and healthy. Ironically enough, a few weeks later after a 5 day round of antibiotics, I had to test my PH again as I had not heeded warnings about consuming probiotics. I had a yeast infection and was able to treat it naturally at home. A few weeks later, I found myself in the same predicament after 4 days at a water park and in the hotel pool. I was able to check and verify my symptoms each time. It's been very useful having these strips! I gotta eat more yogurt and drink ACV!

Some clearer instructions would be nice
After several rounds of antibiotics I thought it would be a good idea to be able to test things down there, in case I was dealing with yeast or other issues. Being that I'm entering menopause I have some weird symptoms and want to stay on top of things. This is easy to use. Insert and then wait. But how long does it need to stay inserted? How long do I need to wait for results? Mine didn't change colors at all. Did I do it right? I'm hoping that the results I got for normal mean just that. There aren't any instructions other than the pictures on the bag that show you what to do.

Works like it should
These little sticks let me know whether my vaginal PH is optimal. It's as easy as can be to use... Just insert the stick and swab. Then compare the color on the stick to the color rating on the back of the package. In less than a minute, I know whether I need to decrease my PH or leave it alone.
