so far so good, been using it for a couple months, works great.

like the easy to use functions could press better if there was psi pressure guage. but geta the job done for small quantitys

I’ve had this press for almost a week now and I couldn’t be happier. I never thought I’d find a completely automated press in my price range. Then I stumbled upon the DW8000. I decided to order my unit late on Monday night, and the unit was here by Wednesday morning. Lighting fast delivery, top notch product. Works exactly as it’s designed. All I have to do is form my flower puck, position in-between the press plates, and push a button! Boom, fresh rosin! Plug-n-play! 100% effortless. As far as yields go, I am very happy with the results I’ve been getting. 28-30% yield from flower so far on average.I found this unit on Dulytek’s website initially and ended up on Amazon viewing the unit after. I noticed a 1-star Amazon review which initially threw me off, I contemplated and took the chance on them anyway. On their website it all had 5-stars. After using this product daily for the past week nearly, I can say with confidence the person who wrote the 1-star review is either a troll or a sham.

The media could not be loaded.  ***update 2***3rd press is locking up and overheating. Avoid this rosin press!**UPDATE**I contacted the company and got a third replacement press. This press seems to be functioning properly. But not everything is good. The display on this one is very dim and there are finger prints and dust on the backside of the display window. And yes, the screeen protector has been removed. Overall, I love this press, but the quality control is not there. I will say that the customer service has been responsive.**Original review:While this press has the greatest potential they miss the mark, big time. The first press I recieved was leaking oil, so I returned it. The replacement press I recieved has a problem with the electronic control. The display and controller freeze up after awhile and if your plate was heating when it freezes up, it will stay on. So while I had the press was set to 187⁰F the plate temperature reached over 260⁰F. Ruining the product the I was trying to press. I reset the press several times to confirm it wasnt something I did. 2 presses, 2 unique problems. I wouldnt recommend this press until the quality control is improved. For $830 it should at least work.

I like the idea. the press is almost decent enough to work. started overheating and smoking. after warmup, temp 180 degreesdisplay is almost impossible to see as its very dim.product looks used and wiped down not fully functional buttons protruding through the plastic.heating wires inside machine start to smoke at low temps.heat plates are uneven and when they contact and apply pressure theres a good 1/4 inch sliding of plates as they are off a little. shipped quick and in a nice solid crate. this is a good concept but another low quality control.no reasons for buttons to be coming through the plastic. id pass on these until the quality goes up.another company state's based in America designed and built in America oh. assembled and built in CHINA.slick word playing. these people are only about greed and misdirection. bad . bad. dulytek.

We were never able to get a clear read on temperature. There were hot or cold spots all over. There was such a lack of consistency when it came to the heating plates. One would be one temperature while the other read a completely different one. Did not meet expectations of what we had.
