Chiquita Banana Bread Mix - 3 Boxes

The first thing I would like to say is that this box and all others had a very negative review typed in that I did not type! It, fortunately, had not been sent!! This banana bread mix is very good. I have purchased it many times and it is always in top condition on arrival. It is very easy and fast to make! I add 3 ripe bananas, a bit of banana flavoring and chocolate chips! That said, this is important: no way will it fit in ONE 8x4 inch pan! It runs over the top!! Use two 8x4 inch pans and it is perfect

Best Banana Bread EVER! I added a tablespoon of vanilla, 1/4 cup mayo and 2 bananas. Came out good in a loaf pan, BUT took a while to cook to get middle to set up .. top was too brown. NEXT ATTEMPT WONDERFUL .. I cooked it in a 8x8 baking pan .. less time to set up (30 minutes) AND it was done in the middle and a light brown on the top .. cool and cut squares :) I also sprinkled dusting sugar on top of the batter before baking .. my friends enjoyed the 'treat' a LOT :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This banana bread mix is the best baking secret ever. I cannot make better from scratch. And other mixes on the market do not compare at all. Totally moist, dense and so flavorfull! I buy multiple boxes at a time! This is about my seventh box since I discovered it earlier this year. Mix requires two old bananas which might be why the bread bakes so perfectly. I added 1/3 cup of cocoa and 1/3 cup of coconut to make chocolate coconut banana bread. And I’ve added fresh strawberries to make strawberry banana bread. There’s no end to what you can add such as pineapple, blueberries, chocolate chips, etc.

So easy to make banana muffins using this yummy mix and adding chopped walnuts made them even better. Hubby was making these from scratch, spending a lot of time measuring everything. I tried a single pack of this mix and hubby declared them better tasting than his time consuming recipe. Far quicker to make, too.

Love this product! Best thing for over ripened bananas that no one is going to eat! Quick and easy to make, less then 5 minutes prep time! Everyone loves my banana bread! They don't know its a mix! I always add two tablespoons of vegetable oil, gives it a moister consistency! But have fun with this, I add nuts, mini chocolate chips! YUMMY!

This mix is always delicious!!!! I modified one to add some chocolate chips, a different batch I went with cinnamon, but even just the base mix is awesome. We like stuff sweet so I usually use 3 slightly over ripe bananas, the box says 2-3 depending on how you like it. But its quick and easy, and always a hit. I have even made this in my toaster oven while camping!

My daughter and I have gone crazy over banana bread during the pandemic. We bake either bread or muffins every week. The Chiquita mix is a fast and tasty way to do this. We had trouble getting it in stores once everyone started baking! So, it's been great to order in three-packs here. You just add water, an egg, and three bananas, and you're good to go! 18-20 minutes, and you have the most awesome muffins! About 45 minutes for the bread. So, so good!

My husband and I stumbled in this in a local store and thought we’d give it a try, loved it. So easy to make too. But then it disappeared from the stores. I was so disappointed until it dawned on me to try Amazon and of course there it was, yay!!!
