OEM T-Mobile HTC G1 Google Phone Pocket Case Pouch

Bought this pouch for my Samsung S390G phone. It's a perfect fit width-wise and the length of the pouch is almost a half-inch longer than the phone. The case is soft and not very thick, so it doesn't add much bulk to the phone, just enough to protect it from dirt and scratches. The sewn seam around the perimeter adds protection from drops, unless it lands with the open end down. The interior is soft, so the phone slides in and out easily. The exterior has a slight "tacky" feel to it, so it doesn't easily slide off dashboards or other smooth surfaces. I had hoped it would prevent the frequent inadvertent power-on of the phone in my gym bag or my pocket, but the case is too soft. I inserted a thin piece of cardboard about twice the thickness of a business card between the pouch and the phone keyboard, but I still find the phone turned on by accident now and then. It would be nice if it had some sort of Velcro or snap closure flap on the open end to keep the phone from sliding out when you pull the pouch out of a bag or pocket upside down, but overall it's an inexpensive pouch that protects my phone.

I took a gamble on buying this for my nexus s. It does not fit perfectly, it requires you to place the phone with the front of the phone facing the back of the case. It holds the phone snuggly. It doesn't add much bulk in your pocket, makes it a little wider because of the piping on the edges. The case is slightly cushioned with what feels like an inexpensive, but effective microfiber inside. The outside is a fake suede that has a foam feel to it. The outside will likely become damaged with repeat scratches, but at this price - no big deal. I cut off the edge of the G1 tag. Keep in mind that the piping joins together beneath the tag if you are planning on trimming it off. I like how the flaps on the opening are flexible enough for me to turn on my phone with the side button and peek at any notices.

I did not buy this as an oem replacement so that is my fault. I got it for my palm pixi. The pouch is very thin...it really isn't worth more than the $3ish dollars you are paying here. It's ok for that price but not a crazy bargain.In the g1's day this would have been a better deal, when peopel really needed these replcaements and an alternative to t-mobile.

I bought this pouch for a Samsung Galaxy S, since it was close to the dimensions of my phone. Even if it fits perfectly, the top of the phone is uncovered for about 3 millimeters (so I wouldn't recommend it for a Galaxy S). The exact usable area of this pouch is: 70mm x 115mm x ~10mm. So, if your phone is within these dimensions, it will work for you.The materials are great. It comes with a very soft material in the inside that will protect your phone from scratches and actually clean it from fingerprints. The outside of the cover, comes with a texture very very similar to neoprene, which doesn't accumulate dirt and always looks clean.The fabrics look very resistant and are kind of thick (about 1.5mm thick). They are not elastic, so your phone must be within the dimensions stated above for it to fit.It looks professional, clean and very well made.

Not secure, and does not fit my HTC EVO 4 phone. It seems small even for the G1, but I do not have one to test. I did not realize that there was closing system such as even a zipper. I knew there was no secure flap.

This is an excellent little case for more than just G1 phones. After trading out which device got to go in the case, my G1 phone or my iPod, I decided the best idea would be to get another case so I'd have one for each device. These were so inexpensive I went ahead and ordered 2 figuring I'd use it, and as soon as they got here, yep, my digital camera that goes with me everywhere fits perfectly into the additional one, taking up less space in my handbag than the camera case I made. These cases are well made and I can't tell a difference between the new ones and my original case from T-Mobile, except the new ones look, well, newer. Shipping was super fast, they were packaged well, and they work magnificently. I'm sorely tempted to order a couple more...

i thought i was ordering one for my htc evo 4g lte but i think i was sent the wrong one cause my phone doesen't fit.but ill make do.

I used this pouch for my G1 (obviously) and had it for two years. My G1 looked brand new after constant use. Currently I use it for my Galaxy S 4G. It still looks brand new as well. I attribute this to the pouch itself. From what I've seen, by putting your phone inside and then pulling it back out again effectively cleans your phone each time. Keeping dust and finger prints at bay. Your phone is vulnerable once it's outside the pouch, but it pays to have a perfectly clean phone each time. I love this little pouch. I want to switch to a Galaxy S3, and I'll be sad to not use this pouch anymore. I've had the same pouch for 4 years now. Crazy. I'm purchasing a new one.
