AXE Messy Look Hair Gel, Matte 6 oz

For at least a good seven years this was my go-to hair gel throughout the end. I like to have my hair be slightly messy while maintaining the overall shape. It only took a small amount of gel and a little bit of hair spray to keep my hair exactly how I wanted it. All of a sudden they took it off the market. Easy to apply.Value for Money - 6/5if I remember correctly, it only costs around $8 to $16, and as the rest of the review says it works perfectly. and as the rest of the review says it works perfectlyA tough dozer for sure, solely because you do not enjoy Axe sprays (I know I tend to not care for them) this hair gel is unprecedented in the industry. I have yet to find a replacement gel for this as most brands that are “medium hold/flexible hold and low-shine” feel like glue and take all day to get it to set right. If Axe reads this please bring this product back even if you have to raise the price I will happily continue to buy this gel because so perfect.

Easy to work with, nearly zero shine, last a while. Will not hold 100% up all day at least while outside. I usually only use this work days & i work outside so.I enjoy using it & most likely buy again.

I wish Axe would start making and selling this again. It is the only product I like, and they discontinued it! I snagged 2 bottles a while ago and I’m on my last one now….

This is my go-to hair product. It's super cheap, there's a ton of it, and I only use a little bit of it. I put a pea sized amount in my hair, mess it up a bit, and move on! Takes ten seconds. Love it. For low maintenance guys that want their hair to look at least a little better than a matted down nest, try this out.

So I'll start this by saying I let my teenager grow out his hair and then I let him get a perm and he's blond naturally so we were dealing with some frizzy. I didn't like the poodle look and I told him the mullet was going to have to go unless he use some product to tame the fuzz. I got this for him he uses a little bit and it does what it needs to do without it looking like he's using product if you know what I'm saying. 17 year olds are picky and this works he's happy and moms happy. Win win !

Been using this for years. I actually use it for hold and not for a messy look. I have a clean look with it. The hold is great and works wonders on cowlicks! I am stocked up with this as well. About 20 bottles of it under my sink.

If you have thick hair it will not slick it down. A lot of product has to be used in order for it to do anything and mostly it just stiffens the hair. There’s no scent, which I liked. I also liked how it’s easy to wash out of my hair incase I didn’t like the product. Overall I don’t recommend for people with a lot of hair density and volume.

I've been using it for a few days now and honestly, it was just what I had been looking for. It gives me the perfect stretch for my hair, not to mention it helps my hair to keep a nice smell after using it.

This is a good choice for someone with shorter/thinner hair. I purchased this for my son who has very thick hair and he definitely needs a stronger holding gel. The scent is awesome and it arrived in a timely manner. Overall it's a good buy and I would recommend this item.

Don't need to use much. Too much is a waste

Kinda a weaker gel, I think for thicker hair like mine this gel is not the greatest. But if you have thin hair this gel would be more for you.
