Great value for money
The product came sooner than expected. When opened it looked brand new without a scratch on it. Plugged it in and let it charge a little. Screen works fine. System is running great, all in all this was a great purchase. Well worth the money.

Sent non-refurbished laptop which does not work
The laptop sent does not work at all. Furthemore, there are stains on the keyboard - so it is way far from refurbished state.

Amazing
I was so nervous to purchase a refurbished Mac as I always buy brand new. After reading the reviews I decided to go ahead. Delivery was super fast and arrived early next morning. The Mac condition is beyond my expectation . Looks like brand new and works perfectly. I am extremely happy. It's stunning looking and perfect for my work . I am fully satisfied. Thank you!

clearly faulty
the keypad is clearly faulty on my laptop either won’t type or types on its own also the mouse pad glitches can’t return as over return period yet was bought as a gift which pushed us over the return time really not happy wish i could attach more videos 😭😡

This apple Mac look is NOT in excellent condition or has marks Al over it and hasn’t even been set to factory reset ???

Upset, Not excellent condition like seller says!!!
This is my first ever Apple laptop so yes I’m over the moon with it. But at the same time upset because it is not in excellent condition like the seller says. Their is a black small scratch and their is a dint on the front of the MacBook Air laptop. Also the screen which is hard to get pic of is really dusty and a lot of prints and really hard to get clean. The laptop seems to work great so far. Speakers nice and loud managed to do some university work and set it up and do finger print. The charger they give you works and looks nice but it’s not a Apple product charger. Also I was disappointed at the fact they do not give you a Apple box for the laptop. It was in bubble wrap and a cardboard box saying fragile that’s it. Also delivery was one day late and I was unable to track or speak to anyone which got me nervous that’s never happened to me on Amazon before. Hard to see on the pics exactly what I am talking about.
