Filter leaked
One of the filters leaked all over the counter had to return it. Never had a previous replacement filter do that.

The filters look fine but I can't tell if they are new or ...
The filters look fine but I can't tell if they are new or not because they weren't wrapped as new. I'm sure they work ok though.
