Received the pads in a nice box with directions on the box. This was my first time changing the pads. Removing the old showed me what the plastic screw fasteners were for. Installing the pads was a little bit difficult. It is a tight fit and hard to get them in all the way around, However that was not the worst part. I was having difficulty getting the plastic screws through the side pads far enough to attach the screw=on disc. . It was then I discovered the kit (made in China) was not the same as the original and the screws are about a 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch shorter. I ended up using the old screws and it was much easier and I was able to complete the job with them. So be careful and save your original screws.

Works great as replacements for my Hessaire portable cooler on my patio. Would have gotten a 5 but they are a bit pricey :)
