This was a GREAT product. The band had a crack in it and when we tried to remove it to return the watch - WHICH I AM ONLY RETURNING BECAUSE MY HUSBAND REFUSES TO ENJOY TECH - the band completely came apart. I think it was a flaw in the band’s manufacture. That has nothing to do with this refurbished product. The watch is EXCELLENT. It had no scratches, no issues at all. I wish my husband would step into the 21st century. But he won’t. Not the fault of the company that refurbished this watch. Wonder if they sell upgrades for old husband brains….

Main reason to get watch was Fall and SOS auto call for help.Key questions I had after reading reviews of refurbished iWatch SE were: 1) Battery condition and life, 2) appearance, 3) Packaging 4) does it really do what is advertised.Fact: came in new apple packaging with new added to refurbished label on shrink wrap.Fact: Came with stainless steel ring around magnetic charger and USB A cable, but no sim removal tool … this was not important to me as I have the iPhone 14 Pro which uses E-sim and has no SIM card or slot.Fact: noticed some folks interpreted no apple guarantee as to not being water proof. It is, just not guaranteed by Apple.Fact: Came with two wrist band lengths … Nice because the longer one fits me better.Fact: Appearance was flawless, no marks, scratches, of any kind … looked like new from factory that had never been opened.the battery was new with 100% life … great … keep display off til I want to check time, etc. always on display is not an advantage to me, Rather just runs the battery charge down more quickly.Only uses 50% charge in 24 hours. Can easily check sleep patterns over night.Further more: This clearly the best watch I have ever owned. Just lift to see time, date, and weather (important in the north woods). As we age, we need to walk and exercise … This is crucial … It tracks, and provides real data that is very useful. It doesn’t demand … it just reports. I find this invigorating!As always, with Apple products, they integrate seamlessly, intuitively, and oh so smoothly. thanks Apple.updated to OS 9.1 … got major discount via reward points from previous purchases … great service from Amazon on all my purchases.

This watch is very easy to set up.And it is a good price I haven’t noticed anything wrong with the watch.But when I first opened it I did not some minor scratches and like nicks but I mean it is renewed so it’s not gonna be perfect.But this is a really good watch and it stays charged for a long time. And the display quality is just like a brand new watch.And just overall is a good watch just be mindful of the reviews and the business you buy from.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I genuinely don’t understand the difference between the more expensive Apple Watches because my husband has a more expensive one than this one and both of ours does the same exact thing.✨PROS✨-The watch is pretty durable, it has suffered many bumps, scrapes, drops, drool from a baby and tosses from a toddler. It still works just as good as day one.-For the most part, the scratches on the face will wipe off.-The kit comes with different sized bands, each band has many holes so you can achieve the perfect fit.-The brightness is perfect, it doesn’t blind you in a pitch black room.-IMO, It seems to do everything the more expensive ones do (but I could be wrong!)-It doesn’t take too long to charge, maybe about 1.5-2 hours from dead to full.-The battery lasts all day long.-Amazing feature: at the press of a button the watch sends a signal to your cell phone if you can’t find your phone. Even if your phone is on silent it will still scream obnoxiously.❌CONS❌-Don’t buy the white bands, they get absolutely disgusting and they are impossible to clean. At least with the darker colored bands you can hide the filth.-The notifications are super slow. IDK if this is my phone carrier or what but even with full bars I will get a text on my phone and 5 minutes later my watch will go off.Overall, The watch is easy to use for someone who isn’t tech savvy and you aren’t breaking the bank to feel hip and cool. You’ll be included with the rest of the population who owns an Apple Watch.

Excellent watch at a reasonable price.

The battery was dying, so I couldn't use it without watching it go from 99-100%, to 60% in under 30 minutes on my wrist with normal usage. Every time I would wear it with it fully being charged, it would drain so quickly and heat up on my wrist. I came to find out that the battery was needing service and it was not operating above 75%. I thought about possibly getting it replaced/repaired, but what I would pay wouldn't be worth it for me to take it in somewhere to possibly get it replaced, given how much I paid for it initially. Also, I noticed there were scratches on the crown and the sides. While I knew it wouldn't look perfectly brand new, I wonder how 'refurbished' can mean poorly done. I am very disappointed.

This was better than expected. It looked and felt brand new upon receipt. I was just a little apprehensive about purchasing renewed because I was concerned about the battery life, but when I performed the battery health check it showed 100%. Either it was not used long at all, or the battery was replaced during the refurbish process. Anyways, it has been a few months and no complaints. Works great, battery life seems to be on par with my wife's apple watch (which was bough brand new). I will caveat that they may not place a brand new battery in every renewed watch, but they do ensure they meet minimum battery health standards before they resell them. My confidence in the renewed products was boosted with this purchase, and I would recommend.
