Brilliant piece of kit!

Make it easy to put your socks on without bending over and hurting/straining your back.

For quite a while family have been telling me to get one these but I had my granddaughter & daughter around & they put my socks on for me plus I'm stubborn & I don't like to admit my disability. First day my daughter went back to work & my granddaughter went back to school I was well & truly stuck. I took the plunge and purchased this & I must say it's brilliant, well made & easy to use. Wish I'd listened to family in the first place

The item is made well but when a compression stocking is put on the 'tube' it closes up the diameter and then anyone with anything more than a small foot will not be able to push their foot do the 'tube' and into the foot of the stocking.

Some may find it difficult to use for small socks as it needs to be compressed to put the sock on the end, but should only be a problem if you don't have any strength in your hands. Otherwise really handy, I'm waiting for a hip replacement and can't put socks on now let alone after the op.

Hard to use and hard to fit the sock. Needs assistance to use which defeats the purpose of buying it

After knee replacement surgery I need to wear tight compression stockings for 6 weeks. Unable to bend my leg I would be unable to get them on by myself. But this sock slider is really easy to use. Just fit the sock/stocking over the end of the tube, insert foot and pull on the ropes. Hey presto, job done! Recommend.

Given back a little independence no struggling to put socks on relieves the pressure on knees
