Airuida Matte Black Wall Mounted Kitchen Faucet,Utility Sink Faucet

I wanted something a little taller for a sink remodel we were doing. I loved that this one came out of the wall instead of the counter so we could decide exactly how high we wanted it. It was a little tricky to instal at first. But it looks great, works perfectly, and is very easy to clean.

I really like the faucet--it looks good, it's well made, and it has a really nice flow of water. But more than that, the customer service is as good as the reviews say. My faucet started leaking because we have incredibly hard water, and it corroded so badly that I couldn't get it apart to even repair it. Even though the problem is no fault of the faucet itself, when customer service and I realized I would have to replace the whole thing, they gave me a discount on the new one. That was especially appreciated now, when money is getting tighter and everything seems to be getting more expensive. Long story short, highly recommend this faucet and the company behind it.

I purchased this in late 2021. I didn't actually install until mid 2022 due to delays in the renovations.. It's beautiful once installed and looked great on my farmhouse utility sink. The swivel and the movement of the faucet head was a nice touch to reach all the areas of the sink! However, after minimal use (guest bathroom) the neck of the faucet popped off sparying water everywhere and will no longer tighten. It seems to be stripped but there is no reason for this to have occurred. If the water it not turned on full force it can function but what guest is going to remember this? Hell, I might not remember. Very disappointing, must be replaced..

These are great-looking faucets that are hard to find in retail stores. I own about 10 of them, and I have had some issues with not being able to find replacement cartridges for the older ones in the apartments that I own. The customer service was great and sent me several, for a small fee, as they should. They have followed up again to make sure I was satisfied. And yes, if you look at the picture, a crappy plumber installed the risers crooked - the faucet is just fine.

It's a good faucet. It started leaking, we thought we had fixed it but it wouldn't stop. I contacted the seller, they told us what parts we needed and reimbursed us for them. Now the faucet runs without any problems

Love it exactly as described and easy to install

I’d had a large wall mounted porcelain sink in my prior house and was determined to have one in my new house, though smaller. Happy to find a sink and this faucet on Amazon for much more affordable prices. Unfortunately, I didn’t read through all of the vendor’s detailed description of the faucet and very clear indication of additional parts required for “thick sink” installation. I instead relied on Amazon’s “also bought” pictures to buy additional pieces. So when plumber came he didn’t have the necessary longer connector. The vendor responded quickly to my Amazon inquiry (not so fast via website identified on product insert). Was able to buy additional pieces (paid by vendor) on Amazon with quick delivery. Plumber (2nd trip) found them to work well. Enjoying the product. FYI, the handles turn in different directions—-no big deal, just takes a minute to get used to.

I love this faucet for our old farmhouse sink and it works great so we ordered another one for a different project but it is defective/leaks. Had Amazon send a replacement and it was a used item which is very frustrating. Just ordered her another one hoping it arrives NEW and working. Please ppl when you return items write on the box that it's used or defective so other ppls time isn't wasted.

Have now purchased two of these tap and both over the coarse of 7 months- 1.5 year start to leak… liked the look but that’s about it after 300$ spent now looking to buy yet a third tap (not this one) in less then 3 years

J’ai reçu le robinet mais le quitte pour le lavabo choisi n’était pas à l’intérieur. J’ai dû commandé le quitte « C » donc 11$ plus 10$ de frais de transport . Finalement on m’a remboursé les frais de transport et en plus, j’eu des suivis au deux jours pour la réception du kit « C »
