The pump feels a bit inexpensive, but it functions well, and that's what matters most. Its compact size is a real plus, taking up only half the space of our old pump. Although I was initially skeptical, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase it again.I received the product with a touch of worry, remembering past online purchases. However, the infusion pump arrived intact and in perfect working condition. The build quality seemed superior, putting my fears to rest. Setting it up was a breeze, and its compatibility with our infusion sets made it even better. The audio prompts and alarms are adequately loud, which is handy in busy environments.The real value of this infusion pump lies in its preparedness. This product arrived broken.......the roller was broken......poor quality. Unable to contact the manufacturefor return. Very unhappy as it was expensive

This pump seems to work well but it does feel a little inexpensive. The size is nice, it is about half the size of our old pump.Even though it feels a little inexpensive I would buy again. 4 STARS

This infusion pump by Wensuikjia is a well-made product with all the necessary features. This attaches to any stand and contains a rechargeable battery and is compatible with the infusions sets we use. The audio prompts and alarms of the device are sufficiently loud even for a noisier environment. Unsure of the longevity but we have been using this for a couple of months now with no issues.

I haven’t had to use this yet, and hopefully I won’t need to for a long, long time. That being said, it is always good to have it and not need it, then to need it and not have it. It seems easy enough to operate and set up. It also looks to be well made and is very portable. It isn’t very heavy, so as long as you keep charged and ready to go, you should be able to take it wherever you need it.

Fortunately, this is not an item that you are going to have to use often. Ideally, you NEVER want to have to use it. But when you do need it- It's great to have on hand.We use it for a miniature horse and donkey rescue. They have needed them in the past, and have always had to borrow or rent one. Now they have one on hand, ready to go, if needed.The unit is solid, and well made. We have (fortunately) not needed to use it yet, but if we ever do need it it's nice to know that it is there.

My unit arrived fine and no issues and all is good. I can't yet speak t how effective it is at it's job. But can say it's nicely made.I'll update when or if I can say more, may be a while, why I'm keen to at least share what I can. :)
