Make sure you really can use this. It is not refundable, though it was not billed that way. Our floor guy would not use it, so we were out a chunk of money.

Stripper works well, but ordered two:  one came empty cuz it had no lid and leaked in internal plastic bag.  Informed shipped and will update with resolution.

Truly is a miracle!  Sealant came off with little effort.  I have tried many other stripper and had no luck with any of them.  I would recommend this product with no reservations.
