Don't listen to the guy yelling about how it's too tight and not enough airflow you just have to use it properly. Don't load too much bud in there and you'll be fine. Notice no one else has had problems.

This is the second one that I have purchased. I had my first one for over 3 years and forgot it was on my bed and sat on it and the plastic inside snapped. I use it for paper, hemp, chamomile and tobacco wraps. Perfect roll every time! I highly recommend!

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I ordered this and it arrived in a timely manner with a number of other small Amazon items. This was the only one damaged, and it was in pristine packaging.The basis of the product is that you have to spin two parts of the machine. Well, it arrived with two pegs broken, as shown in the photo. Now neither will spin. I tried to contact support, and this is not eligible for return or replacement. I was instructed to go to the Raw website and contact them. I did, and it’s been 5 days and I have not heard back. I will not be buying this brand again. I had high hopes from everyone else’s reviews.

Play with it and learn it, I found key to perfect tightness is how much you drag your index fingers on the back roller as your thumbs spin front roller. More drag tighter, less drag loosens the pack. Don’t power on it. Work the rollers gently.
