I ordered this humidifier and it leaked. Customer service addressed issue almost immediately. A replacement product was sent and I had it within days. Humidifier is quiet and easy to use.it effectively humidifies a 225 square foot room.

These have worked very well! It has 2 levels of output and on the high setting it uses about a gallon in a little less than 24 hours. Don't need to crank down on the fill cap - just lightly tighten ( its all plastic parts)

I’ve had this humidifier for a couple of weeks. I like that it is quiet with only occasional gurgle. It’s easy to clean because there are no filters. It is awkward to fill and you have to empty the base water build up. The bottom of the humidifier is definitely a flimsy plastic so not sure how long lasting it will be. I like that different levels of mist and that the night mode you don’t have lights shining. I wanted something easy and for the price so far it works well. Only time will tell.

Didn’t get more than 2 months of use and it’s broken. The nozzle that screws onto and off to refill the water tanks plastic broke apart and will not seal and hold water, leading to damage! My recommendation, do not buy! Huge waste and it’s not a troubleshooting issue it’s broke in 2 months!

I was given the chance to review this item and hands down this is the best humidifier I've had. The past few months on top of *gestures wildly at everything else* has been rough on my skin and my sinuses. Prune vibes but not quite as succulent, yeah? Anyway, I tried a few different brands of humidifiers. Going by online research, what seemed to be top sellers on things like google, recommended by store sales, reviews, and word of mouth. Trash. Tiny water tanks, difficult if not impossible to clean, and loud. And they got all of those charming aspects the same place they got the audacity for the price tag.Cue Everlasting Comfort. No weird bells and whistles that no one asked for. Sleek design, seemed straightforward. It was an easy choice because it had some great features that the others didn't have, namely the large tank size, essential oil tray, and low noise level. I've used it every night and for several days over the last 3.5 weeks and haven't been disappointed at all. I mean constant use. The one feature that isn't highlighted enough is the various settings for the strength of the vapor stream. Very nice touch, there are three of them denoted by a different colored light behind the power button. The vapor spout is also adjustable. I find the sound relaxing but it is indeed very quiet. No filters, easy to clean, no-nonsense. Takes up very little space but has noticeably improved the air in my bedroom.

The media could not be loaded. First impressions. The unit is compact and I think attractive in its simplicity. The output of cool steam is impressive. And it is virtually silent. So far so good.To refill, you lift off and invert the top part and now the issues begin. As others have noted, expect water spilling.1. The bottom of the tank is quite wet and you have to assume you will get water on the surround surface. Since it seems sized to fit on a shelf or bookcase, that is an issue. And yes, I did flip it over, but you lose a lot of water during that process.2. The valve that allows water to run from the tank to the lower part of the unit is a flimsy plunger and spring. Mine stuck the first time I lifted off the tank and the remaining water just started to pour out the bottom. I have 15 year old Honeywell humidifier with a similar type of spring valve, though more substantial. It has never leaked. Fluke? Time will tell.3. I decided to top up the tank while it was running and just lifted off the tank. To my surprise, that did not turn off the unit. As you can see in the video, water started spouting in all directions. Having a cutoff switch would have been an easy add.So, all in all, I’m wondering whether to keep the unit. I like the looks and quiet operation but I’d want this in my bedroom. I feel I’d have to put a tray of some sort under it. It seems one shouldn’t have to do that.

Awesome product. Whisper quiet runs on low for 24 hours. No filter so no added expense. The best part: if you have any issue at all they will send a replacement no questions asked. Awesome company. Highly recommended

However, I can see how older adults or those with limited dexterity might face challenges with it, so a top-loader might be a better option for them. What really blew me away, though, was how affordable it was! This humidifier has exceeded all my expectations, making my winter so much more enjoyable.
