I used this along with a growth regulator to get rid of a roach infestation in the kitchen. I believe we caught the problem early but I do not have the experience to know how bad an infestation is. After spraying this product, and waiting two weeks to give it time, I have not seen a roach in the infested area for several weeks.

UPDATE, Apr 4, 2021: Applied for the first time in early January 2021 with only one dead bug spotted since then, a noticeable improvement over our former national bug spray company's performance. Reapplied this week, as temperatures are increasing into the 80s/90s; we got our second dead bug following that application. Glue traps that I use to gauge bug density didn't require replacements this time, a first in the 10+ years we've lived here (usually the traps have a couple dozen various bugs trapped each).Overall, I have to say this product appears to be exactly what I was looking for to control bugs.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Used it once so far. Easy to mix (once you figure out how to use the built-in measuring system) and spray (I use a two-gallon pump/pressure bottle using one ounce Bifen IT per gallon of water). One gallon covered the outside of my house and garage (approx. 1,900 sq ft), plus exterior walls and a few spot treatments in the yard where we've had insect problems in the past.Applied it approx. 20 days ago; so far no live insects seen since application. But this is our insect dormant season where I live, so I believe late spring will be the true acid test of how effective it will be. I will send in an update if anything about my impressions change; if no update, assume I am still happy with this product.

I recommend this to everyone I talk to about bugs. I buy the small concentrate about once a year and it is a godsend. I have everything: wasps, ants, yellow jackets, carpenter bees, stink bugs, elder bugs, flies, mosquitos, ticks, on and on and on. It was an endless battle when I first moved. I came across this stuff and bought a manual sprayer. I go around and spray my little quarter acre and the whole house in the first thaw and the fall, and once a month in the summer. Its completely barren of even the smallest gnat after spraying. It makes time outdoors comfortable and I have five dogs that haven't had a tick or flea problem since I started using this spray.Do wait as long as possible before letting your fur babies out after spraying though. Mine will sometimes eat grass and get an upset stomach if I don't wait long enough for the spray to settle in the yard.

This stuff LEGIT WORKS!I randomly stumbled upon a Youtube video about mosquitos and it mentioned this stuff.. I've lived in my house for over 12 yrs and I've been through every " Tip, Trick, product , pat your head and rub your belly at the same time " to make mosquitoes go away THEY DON'T WORK!!!!!!The mosquitos in my back yard were unbearable every time i stepped out back literally EVERYWHERE! even in my garage they would become a problem.I also purchased a backpack sprayer because I sprayed the borders of house / plants / structures anything and everything!When you spray ESPECIALLY plants make SURE you spray under the leaves and get down in your plants!Results after just 1 spray were mind boggling! to walk outside and not be instantly smothered in mosquitos is a life changing event when you've dealt with it for 12yrs! lolI sprayed a couple times in a short time period to hit a couple hot spots where i seen some stragler mosquitoes and also cover my tracks to make sure I didn't miss any!Other pesky insects have gone away as well!We have about 100 or so Desert Roses we're growing and they're fine along with all other plants no problems!We have animals and just let them out before I spray then don't let them out for couple hrs just to let the stuff settle, even though it's not toxic to kill your pets.This stuff IS the best!!

Even though majority i can wioe out with my all-time favourite permethrin, i have to have tbis for summer, as we have odd spiders here and there during summer. Need to protect my dogs as one was butten before that resulted skin necrosis.I use it together with permethrin, mixed in 1 bottle. Hose spray.

This stuff is great. I use different ratios (based on the instructions included) depending on application and do my south Florida yard, exterior of house and inside every few months. Once a year I’ll change up the product I use so the creepers don’t become immune. I live in south Florida and we have all kinds of creepy insects. My yard is flea free. My patio has less mosquitos. If I find the occasional roach, it’s already dead. Never had ants in the kitchen & no spider issues. I want to use it for termite protection but I’m not clear on the application process. One day I’ll watch a few videos and figure it out. Use responsibly and always mix up your preferred insecticide ingredients on occasion. Highly recommend.

What a differenceI had called Hulett and other pest company to spray my home and RV for ants and for $130 each time they woud be more than happy!So I decided to try my best and WOW, no more bugs !Not 1 in my RV/House /Yard /walls outsideAfter the 1st spray!Happy customer

Kills fire ants..best stuff I've ever used!!! It kills ants on the spot so they dont just move to another spot they die
