Outus 24 Sets of Cat Bells for Cat and Dog Collar Loud Pendant Pet Bell Pet Pendant Accessories (Mixed Color)

I have 3 black cats. For their safety and ours, we put a pair of bells on each so we can hear them - especially in the middle of the night - and avoid kicking, stepping on, or otherwise abusing our babies. The bells are great, but the metal in the jump rings is way too soft. I first caught one of the kittens struggling with the pokey part of the jump ring stuck in the carpet - poor thing was fighting to get free. Then I saw the other one have the same thing happen to the tray that holds their food bowls. Eventually, the bells all were missing from their collars and I'd find them stuck to fabric or towels or bed sheets. I'm going to buy some good sturdy jump rings at the craft store to replace these. Nothing wrong with the bells themselves, tho.

While these ended up not working for what I needed, the bells themselves are very nice - they ring much louder than I expected them to based on their size. They seem sturdy - and while the key rings that they come with aren't the best, they're also not awful.I did dock a star because of the color assortment - out of the 24 bells, I received only 2 blues, 1 pink, maybe 4 yellows, and what was left was mostly green with a handful of red and purple mixed in. If you're looking for a good variety of color or something with a more even color distribution, I'd probably give these a pass. That said, if you don't mind ending up with mostly one color, these are definitely worth the buy and I'd happily order more if I found myself needing them.

Loud but light weight.

We have a small dog and would sadly step and trip on her until we hung one of these on her collar. Problem solved when I added this to her collar and I have many extra shoul it ever break. Also, this gives the rabbits a chance to escape as she, a small dachshund, is a born hunter, and we do not want little dead bunnies.

The price is unbelievable great. I only needed 2 bells but they work very well for what I needed them for.

I knew I was going to be disappointed when they arrived in a box the size of a deck of cards and when I shook it, I heard nothing but some rustling.... After opening it & getting a few of the TINY bells out & attaching them to the rings/hangers, you hear a vague "tingling" but they still don't RING and would be useless in trying to locate a pet since their fur would further dampen the sound even more. I knew they were too cheap to be true!

Had to buy stronger rings. My cats kept pulling the bells off. Use 2 if you want to hear them. When walking you might not hear them anyhow, only when jumping up or down from things.
