This is my first water filter and I think it great. I drink water constantly so I needed a big one so I wouldn't have to fill every 3 hours. The taste of water difference is so much better and it's actually filling like healthy water should be. It fliters so fast and you can fill it all the way up and will filter down as you go you can hold even more water. The replacement filters are budget friendly. Fits the fridge great.

This 40-cup water filter dispenser is a huge upgrade and truly fantastic. The water filters extremely well and in a timely manner. I made sure to follow the instructions that came with it precisely, and the system works flawlessly, delivering clean water quickly. The large capacity is the absolute game-changer for me. I previously had a 28-cup model, and I constantly had to fill it up at least twice a day, which quickly became a chore. The 40-cup size drastically cuts down on refilling time, making it much more convenient for daily use. I am also very impressed with the shape. Despite holding 40 cups, the design is surprisingly compact and fits perfectly in a variety of spaces without taking up an excessive amount of space—it’s very well thought out. I had recently stopped using my old dispenser because it developed a frustrating amount of hard water buildup that I couldn't scrub off and that kept reappearing for the spots I could scrub off. I had resorted to drinking tap water again and completely forgot how different filtered water truly tastes. This new dispenser has reminded me how much better and cleaner filtered water is. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for high capacity and excellent filtration.

This product is excellent value for money. It fits well in my medium-sized fridge, is easy to refill, and gives very good tasting water - comparable to decent bottled water. The electronic filter indicator on the top is a nice touch.

Updating my review: the company sent me a set of filters and these are easier to remove. I do have to remove them and shake the filters every few days but I’m used to it now so it’s really not a problem. I do still think it filters my horrible tap water much better than the Britta pitcher did and I really like the size. We’ve been using this pitcher for over a month. The part I like is it does make our disgusting tap water taste much better (way better than our Britta pitcher) and it holds a lot so I’m not constantly refilling. The not so good is the filter. I have to remove it and shake it about once a day otherwise it just slowly drips. It’s really difficult to remove the filter as it sits in a well and when it’s wet it’s almost like a suction cup making it hard to remove. The filters also don’t last very long and are on the expensive side. The indicator on the lid does not work on mine, and I did follow the directions and tried to set it several times. I like it but wouldn’t say I love it.

We’ve have this for about a month now and we are both very pleased with the amount of water it holds and the taste of the water. It tastes like maybe one step down from bottle water but much better than straight from the tap. Out of the many other brands of filters we tried over the years we both think this one tastes the best for the price. It fits well in our fridge. I think the spout pours decently fast, no complaints there. It filters quickly, but I always try to let it chill for a few minutes for better taste. We use 40 and 30 oz cups and when the tank is fully filled we can refill our cups about 3 or so times each before needing to refill the tank. This is so much more convenient than smaller filters where one refill is one cup worth essentially, and it gives the extra water time to chill. Make sure to let the filter soak before using, I believe it says 10 minutes but I did about 30. Also of course wash the entire system before using. I wash ours every Sunday with scent free soap. I notice no smell from the tank or the water. For weight, it is very light even when fully filled. I think for a child or someone with less mobility it may be heavy and easy to drop. But the weight distribution due to its handle positions helps a lot. Overall this is the best filter we’ve gotten in many years. I will update once the filter needs to be replaced and if anything changes. Water tastes great, it doesn’t run out every 5 seconds, and it fits well in the fridge. I recommend trying it out!

I'd bought the pitcher model for my daughter, and after she tried it, I bought this larger model for myself! I use filtered water in my single serve coffee maker, my counter top ice maker, my soda stream machine, and my cats' water fountain! The difference in smell and taste of the filtered water is like night and day. I love it. I keep 4 2 liter bottles on the bottom shelf of my fridge now, 2 are unfiltered, but cold water to refill the filter with, and 2 are full of already filtered water, to make sure I have enough to refill the coffee maker, ice maker, or cats' water fountain with at any given time! The dispenser fits perfectly on a shelf in the fridge, so I have perfectly cold filtered water on tap all the time.

Works as advertised. Nice quality refrigerator dispenser for filtered water. It was easy to set-up and provides great tasting fresh water. For two people in the house we refill the tank about every 4-5 days. This particular model is great for limited space in the refrigerator. It's slim design is perfect for our needs. I would recommend this product. This was a recent purchase so can not speak to the filter changing aspect.

We love this Waterdrop. It holds a lot of water but also filters it quickly and efficiently. It does take up space in your space but it feels worth it for us.

It is easy to install ang easy to replenish water as there is a sliding door on top. The filter (replacement) though is quite expensive

It does filter water well. However, it's becoming a chore to continuously fill the container and then put water in fridge. As well, it is so light in weight, even with a rubber mat under it, it slides around too easily when you use the spout. I am going to return and get a under sink filter to attach to my cold water line. One less step to follow to get water into fridge
