I love the idea of this but I’ve purchased (2) over the years. The first one lasted a little over a year then the bolts on the bracket got stripped. The most current purchase the bracket completely snapped after a couple months of use.

The one piece that straightens from the stem, pointing towards the saddle has broken 3 times on me. A good bump will snap it. Good product aside from that weak piece

Great system to use, have been using it for two years now. Paired with the A2 bottle and Speedfil's bottle cage, it keeps the cage off your aerobars, your bottle secure, and makes for easy refills. I've used it for 6 70.3s and 3 full Ironman triathlons, and since it's positioned between your arms, it's hidden from the wind.

My Specialized Transition Pro tri-bike was outfitted with an angled stem based on the computerized bike fit. This stem is really only good if you are using the standard straight stem (90 degree) or maybe slightly higher.

A very clean setup in the front with no straps for your hydration. I'm ding'ing it with one star, because the metal for my first one actually snapped. I suppose it could have been related to the stresses of the bottle and bottle cage bouncing around on the bracket. I liked it so much I bought another one.

Choosing a BTA mount is a personal preference based on your bike. This product seats too far back and doesn't allow to adjust inclination. It didn't work for me as the bottle touches my knees
