Our house is 80 years old and the drains need to be treated nicely. This cleans both P-traps and other inside piping, plus the garden and garage drains. Our plumber regards it highly. We treat all the drains 2s a year - at the end of the rainy season, and once again in late summer or early fall to make sure the pipes are clear before the rains return. So far we have had no problems at all.

Not thrilled that one bottle arrived 3/4 full because it leaked - which has been mentioned by many users - but it works! I’ve gone through one bottle so far, to help with an incredibly slow moving (1 day to drain a small amount of water) bathroom sink drain. It now drains in about 5-10 minutes. So we’re getting there. Hoping the 2nd bottle helps with the rest. Also, great smell. I’m hyper sensitive to synthetic smells. This one is very mild and is more on the botanical end of smells.Note to seller - please tape the tops of the bottles before shipping to prevent leakage.

Long time user love the product for doggie accidents ... the enzymes eradicates the odor and stain. Have used multiple products over the past 30 years.. this works.packaging on other hand was poor ...both caps loose and product spilled into box and all over the kitchen upon opening /-: happens often with Amazon products shipped if they are liquid ... shipping and packaging dept must start wrapping more securely and placing in styrofoam ..

Large bottles with non-offensive odor but works a bit less than hoped for. Leaking bottles duringshipment were a big disappointment...if ONLY they secured the caps I would not have had ⅓ cup spilledduring shipment. Otherwise they are of average usefulness for slow drain clearage.

This works well to break down clogs in a natural way that doesn’t harm the pipes. Would recommend for a clean option for cleaning clogged drains or for preventing clogs. No harsh or unpleasant smell.

This was so poorly packaged, it was leaking all over our other deliveries. Not only was this ruined, with 1/2 of the liquid gone, it made a huge mess.It’s a GREAT product, we’ve been using it for YEARS, but I’m no longer going to order it from Amazon.

I like Biokleen, but will no longer purchase due to recurring problems with leaky bottles. Once again, even though they were bagged (unfortunately that bag had multiple tiny tears/holes), the bottles leaked in transit. The plastic is apparently too soft to withstand being bounced around in a box, the tops are easily crushed down which permits a large volume of the liquid to escape. Dealing with Amazon about a refund is a nightmare since their system wants me to return leaking bottles, which won't be accepted by any shipper.

What I disliked is the product was shipped without protective seals on the bottles and the caps were not screwed down tightly, so product leaked all over the packaging! Doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to me….so probably will try to buy directly from the company since Amazon doesn’t seem to pay attention to this issue.
