I should have done my due diligence and read up on the Nutrition Label on this. On the front it says it’s only 60 calories per serving. But, when you read the label there is 12 total added sugars and it has 14g of carbs per serving, It does state that it is 10% juice. It also says it has 2500mg of collagen, plus aloe Vera (it doesn’t say how much is in it) so if you are in it solely for the collagen and aloe benefits definitely go for it. If you are looking for a flavored water (with the added benefits of collagen and aloe) without sugar or carbs this isn’t the water. I thought it would taste really good because the flavor is blood orange and lemon. I wouldn’t say it tastes great, but it isn’t awful tasting either. So, I plan on drinking the rest of the bottles.
