High quality
High quality dried mushrooms that are great to have on hand for use. I use these in ramen and they rehydrate pretty quickly (I would say closer to 10 minutes however rather than the usual 3 like on their Black Fungus product). Good texture and you only need a few at a time as they rehydrate to a good size.

Delicate flavour only Asian can relate the taste. I prefer this over the big bulk from Asian supermarkets.

Good quality
I use these a lot so refill the jar from a huge bag of dried shiitake (same brand). This brand destalk the mushrooms properly which means you can just throw them in whatever receptacle used for making dashi without having to faff.

I needed some dried shitake mushrooms for a particular Chinese recipe and these fit the bill perfectly. They are in a plastic jar so I was able to use the few I needed and re-seal the jar which is perfect. I will definitely buy these again.

Funghi essiccati di ottima qualità, sapore molto buono e consistenza gommosa che dona dipendenza! Con massimo un'ora di ammollo sono già morbidissimi. Ho acquistato anche altri marchi per risparmiare un po', ma me ne sono pentita. Tornerò a questa marca appena possibile.

Genutzt um Dashi-Brühe zu machen. Hat beim ersten Versuch geklappt. Pilze sind sauber, gleichmäßig in der Größe und entstielt (glaube ich, eigentlich weiß ich nicht, wie sonn Pilz mit Stiel aussieht, viel ist jedenfalls nicht dran). Döschen ist auch hübsch.
