This chain is so dainty and delicate. I'm a little worried about breaking it but it looks gorgeous. I bought it to replace a chain on a necklace I've had for 15+ years that broke in a freak accident. This is the third chain I've tried because I couldn't replicate the daintiness of the original and I'm finally satisfied.

Very disappointed I got 20 inch but it was very short and very very thin that it broke after one week

I was surprised at how thin the chain really is. It was not what I expected, but may be due to my own poor judgment. I feel like one wrong move and the chain will break. If you're looking for something thick, don't get this chain. Otherwise, it's pretty enough.

I bought this is a replacement chain for a pendant I have, it broke recently. I heard box chains are sturdier and went with this one as my pendant is white gold also. It is very pretty but seems thin and honestly just as thin as the chain I am replacing, though that did last two years with the pendant it held. That was not a box chain though, so hopefully this will hold up better. I will update the review if there are any problems, etc., in the future, and if the chain lasts and so on, as the pendant is of a good weight. Hopefully I don't have to exchange it but I am glad they have a 30 day warranty on here if I need to use it, which made me feel a lot more at ease about buying this particular chain. The shine is nice and really catches the light and I really love white gold over yellow, so it looks really good with my pendant and also a white gold cross I have (which cheap chain also broke - they never include good chains with pendants!). It also so far has had no trouble with kinking or knotting or anything like that, and the clasp is simple enough that I never need help with it. So far so good, just always hard to tell on here how wide a necklace actually is and didn't want to get anything too wide and bulky looking either!

This necklace is perfect and dainty, exactly as described and exactly what I was looking for. The first shipment was lost in the mail (not seller's fault) and he kindly made my order right by sending me a replacement which arrived only a couple days later! Amazing customer service. This is a little more delicate than I expected, but it’s beautiful nonetheless. Very timely delivery and the packaging was lovely. Great price, so very happy overall!

Perfect for a pendant that my partner bought me for my birthday. I've looked at other chains, and they didn't do anything for me. They had no... flair. This is different - its a box chain, meaning that it is stronger than the usual chains. And it has the added bonus of *not* twisting around my hair (I have shoulder length hair that I tend to wear loose)I have to admit, I was a little worried about it being so fine, but as it's a box chain, I know that it will withstand the usual daily wear.***Updated information - I bought another one of these chains as I have another pendant that needed a chain, and as I am so happy with the original, this was a perfect solution - and it arrived a lot faster than I expected!!
