This is bacalau. I'm unsure why they don't market it that way. But it's the best for making in potato fritters and is just so delicious. My best kept secret is out.

Real Cod Fish Real Good
I was extremely pleased and happy with the taste and quality of the Cod fish. Its a great convenience to finally have this delicious Bacalou in a can! I'm well pleased

Disappointed
Some of the fish still had skin on it and there were slimy, disgusting lumps along with the cod. This product has potential but quality control problems need to be rectified first.
