I just remodeled our master bathroom. We had a similar heated floor from my original remodel 15 years ago so I was anxious to continue the technology. I shopped locally and on line for the best system. This has everything I wanted plus the thermostat is both flexible and capable. I set custom times and temperatures based on our usage. I love walking into the bathroom and feeling the warmth in my feet. I also love not having a baseboard heater in the bathroom which freed up a lot of wall space and eliminated a dirt catcher. Now the bathroom is simple and elegant and a lot easier to clean.

Seems to work OK. The system monitor was broken out of the box and there's no instructions how to operate the thermostat,

This company is great. Loved the product so much in the 1st bathroom we’re putting it in the 2nd too. Both times I’ve had questions about installation as well as technical questions. This U.S. company answers the phone, is happy to help, has all of the answers, and stands by their product. Even gave me their engineer’s cell # so I could get a rock solid answer to my questions. What a breath of fresh air in this marketplace choked with garbage products and fly by night companies trying to make a quick buck. Buy it!!!

I did not realize I needed to measure LINEAR feet for my bathroom install. Whoops!This looks to be a well made product and the alarm that comes with it is a bonus as well.
