I wanted a lock that was easy to install without having to drill a whole in my door. This is it! I love the auto locking feature and the black finish matches perfectly with my matte black door knob. Set-up was easy. Only thing missing is wifi and Alexa capabilities. However, I do belive that is offered on the more expensive model that I was unaware of until I set-up the app. But I got what I wanted.

Instructions are a little sparse but once you start installing it, it is pretty intuitive. This was replacing an existing dumb dead bolt so only one additional (and optional) hole needed to be drilled. New smart lock fit perfectly in place of the dumb lock. Many features available through the app for this lock. RFID tags that were included worked - no problem. Fingerprint, numeric code, auto lock all worked perfectly. Many other features available that I didn't need.An excellent product. Installed on a house but the same system could be used for BNB and multiple users without and change.

It was easy to install and the instructions were simple. It saves a lot of time as far as looking for keys and all. Takes about 2 to 3 seconds to get in w justa finger print or code I don't even use the keys not cards. Only put 1star for Alexa integration because I have used it

I bought the lock for my mom, she always forgot her home key when she left and always callme home to open the door for her. It’s super easy to install, but i don’t think it comes with an user manual, prob the manufacturer forgot for put it in. However, it has an online video tutorial that I can follow installation step by step. Surprisingly, it has two IC card or smart key tag that allows me to unlock the door just simply tap it. It also has an app I can set it up. Nice lock and smart!

I love this lock it’s very convenient for me and accessible via phone the only bad thing I can say the fingerprint is not reading my fingerprint so I’m unable to use that option

Very easy installation- I installed myself and I am not a very handy person. I never have to carry around keys because I am able to unlock via the app on my phone. Great purchase.

It wouldn’t read my finger print a few times and when it gets cold only the manual key works

Kinda get stuck
