I love my new Farberware Go Healthy pans
I have used Farberware pans since 1973. They have always cooked evenly, cleaned up nicely, and remained in excellent condition. I lrecently purchased a set of Go Healthy Ceramic pots and pan. We am very happy with our new pans. They are light weight, classy looking , and easy to clean .

It has some design flaws. You get a lot with this set though.
This set has so much in it and even includes cooking utensils. I love the little egg pan because it reduces the amount of cooking spray or oil needed since it's so small. I love the deep pot it came with because it is the perfect depth. I don't find the waffle texture any more helpful or useful than a flat bottom. It seems more like a hindrance actually because oil won't coat evenly, especially with the griddle. I used the dutch oven this weekend to make chicken and potato soup. I could only fit 6 chicken breasts in it, but not the potatoes or anything else, so I had to boil those separately. Once the chicken was shredded and the potato mostly cooked I portioned them and added some to this pot to allow them to simmer together on a low temperature so their flavors would meld. I wiped down my kitchen and put things away for about 10 minutes while the chicken, potatoes and broth simmered on the stove on 3. I glanced over several times to check on it and everything looked good. Suddenly, I could hear steam escaping loudly from the Dutch oven and there was a smoky, charred smell. The Dutch oven was brown all along the rim and down to the bottom. Which is weird because it didn't even bubble over. I shut off the burner and had to clean it all up and switched it all over to my usual dutch oven. The brown seemed to really want to stick and quickly crusted and had to be well soaked and scrubbed. I think the design of the lid trapped too much steam in and the potato starch began to seep out in the steam, getting all over the bottom of the lid. It cooled so fast that it began to brown and smoke as it built up. I've never had this issue with any other pot, pan, dutch oven, skillet, etc. It was weird. For this reason, I cannot give it 5 stars. It was just a huge mess to clean. I haven't used all of the other pans yet and will update as I use them if needed.

good to cook in

Disappointed!
I use only wooden spoons and turners for these pots and pans and also use pads between pots and pans to store and within 1 year of careful use they look like this. I have and electric flat surface stove and the blue paint sticks to my stove after use.

in love with these pans ...
seriously - i am in love with these pans - i love all of the pans i have gotten recently but this is a whole set of pots and pans that i now love. maybe the bar was just set so low with the fact that i have my pans since graduating college twent .. i mean just a little while ago that anything is amazing but i think i just more lucked up with some really great choices. these - sheesh - ok, so i've been a low fat cooker for a very long time - i absolutely hate adding fat to foods unless it is something to greatly improve the flavor. if cooking absolutely called for oil just to make it easier i was always looking for alternatives, like a spray and honestly i don't love what sprays do to the flavor of food. these pans take away having find another option - seriously they are that non-stick on their own. i made a lazy girls version of shrimp creole the other night and normally i would have spray the pan before tossing the shrimp in because of how they cook and stick and i didn't have to do a thing extra - NO added fat and NO added canned flavor! and then - even better - the pan cleaned up so easily! it's an interesting variety of pots - i would like if there were one smaller pan included, but i can use the mid-sized one. the very large deep pan is incredible! you can cook quite a few servings in it. it's a bonus that there is a set of cooking utensils included - they are nothing to write home about, just plastic but i'm a fan of having some extras, especially because i am fairly well-known for leaving things that behind if i go to a potluck or something similar. i have absolutely enjoyed cooking with these pots and pans and look forward to using them for years and years to come.

Nice set of nonstick pans for your kitchen
I ordered this set because my family needed some new cookware. Several of the pans we were using were starting to wear out, and our nonstick pans had many scratches. These Farberware pans are supposed to contain no toxins that could come off while cooking and poison you, as is the case with some nonstick pans. These pans are ceramic, which seems to be more durable than other nonstick pans from what I can tell. So far we have not noticed any scratches on the surface, but we are careful to use only wood, plastic, or silicone utensils when cooking (Definitely no metal utensils). As a bonus, this set comes with a complete set of plastic utensils as well, which is really useful for a family buying their first set of pans, or if you happen to be missing a few of the included tools.

Underwhelmed ...
So this is some basic non stick cookware, I didn't love it.Yes it's nonstickit's lightweightyou get a variety of sizes however only 2 lids that crossover to 3 pots?So the largest pan has no lid? Well then that is disappointing. The smart quilt technology I cant really see the point I just saw it harder for me to season my pan with oil when cooking onions and peppers. The utensil included aren't anything grand ,They are good for a spare set but thats it. I think personally If I was shopping for a pot set I would look a little harder. Personally thats just me.
