The melatonin itself is very effective. The bottle is huge. The tablets themselves are extremely tiny and very easy to swallow. I took away one star because inside the bottle was a 12" length of cotton. Therefore 99% of the bottle was empty, once the cotton was removed. Will I buy it again? YES!
