My Rubik's Connected won't charge or work

If your Rubik's Connected Cube isn't working, perform a manual reset by opening the center blue tile and holding the reset button for 30 seconds. Refer to the troubleshooting section in the Rubik's app (click the 'can't connect' link).

I can’t see my Rubik's Connected cube in the pairing screen

Make sure the cube is charged and the Bluetooth is ON Check that the location services are ON Make sure your device is compatible: iOS 6 or above / Android 6.0 or above, and Bluetooth 4.1 for both Restart your device

My Rubik's colors are not synced with the colors in the app

Open the MENU Click on "Load Cube State" If your physical cube is in a solved state click the "Load Solved Cube" button. If your cube is scrambled, just color the virtual cube on the screen to fit your physical cube and click on "Load Colored Cube"
