Love these things
I must have 20 of these. I just love them, use them all over the studio.I like them better than the originals (the M brand) because these have a rotatable handle. You can push in on the handle and move it out of the way when it's finally in position. They are solid, well made, inexpensive, and indispensable. Love them.

Superb Product At An Extremely Economical Price
The LimoStudio Super Clamp with Standard Stud (AGG1108) sold and shipped by KimOutlet is a sturdy and extremely useful photography grip equipment product at a remarkable low price that accommodates all of the Manfrotto Super Clamp accessories including Extension Arm, U-Hook Cross Bar Holder, Expan Drive Holder Hook, and Magic Arm. The product packaging from KimOutlet included some unexpected bonus items that were not listed in the original description (a pole spacer for use with an optional Manfrotto Expan Drive Holder Hook, screws to attach the pole spacer to the Expan Drive Holder Hook and screws to attach the Expan Drive Holder Hook to the Super Clamp). The order shipped on the day it was placed and received in two days. I am extremely pleased with this purchase.

Great value and does not feel cheap
I use Monfrotto autopoles for photo backdrops and hang with super clamps. I was missing one but didn't want to spend the money on the name brand. I found this and thought I would try it. Turns out it is very heavy (doesn't feel cheap) and works with the Monfrotto accessories. So far so good. It has a simple job, clamp on an hold tight. Seems great so far and much better price than Monfrotto.

Great product. I give it 4 start because the ...
Great product. I give it 4 start because the material doesn't give much forgiveness for sweeping things in. It strips easily and there isn't an end point so my screw went all the way through it without me realizing it. The screw wasn't pointed or anything, it just pushed its way all the way through the hole and started pushing the grip tape on the inside up. I was able to fix it quite easily, but the screws don't go tight, so I have it attached to a battery pack and it swivels. It's bigger than I thought and the actual clamp is heavy duty and screws tight. I'd purchase another one just knowing that I would have to use some kind of glue to stop the swiveling problem.

Just what I needed
I used this as a connection for my cart on My e- scooter and it seams like it will hold well and I can still have a quick connection on it so it is easy to use I know it is ment for a camera but I had other ideas.

Good enough most of the time.
I have this clamp as well as a few Manfrotto Super clamps. This clamp, 99% of the time is good enough. I do see a difference in quality between the two, the Manfrotto is hands down made better in almost every aspect. The Manfrotto clamps are what I use for securing my expensive strobe heads or heavier modifiers, I trust them more, it's as simple as that. But for just about everything else I'd gladly use these Limo clamps. They're good enough, just not as good as the Manfrotto clamps.

4 times bigger and stronger than I imagined and well worth the money!
Well worth the money! I expected to get a small cheap clamp to hold my umbrella but instead I got a hefty strong clamp. I can use for many things including cameras lighting pretty much whatever I need it for. Whoever designed it did a good job! At first I was worried I wouldn't be able to tighten it because something was in the way but they also included one of those pull out mechanisms so when you twist it and it doesn't get in the way of something. Sorry for the horrible description of the pull-out mechanism but little things like that go along way to make this product almost perfect. My only small complaint and almost doesn't affect how good the product is, is a wish I could mount things on the side of the clamp. Other then that very very small complaint it's well worth the money!

Good bang for the buck
The name brand version is definitely better but for some purposes, it is not worth twice the price. I have 6 of the Manfrottos and right now, I need to use four to hold something together for a couple of months. These Limo clamps will do and I'll save some money and have the Manfrottos free for more exact needs.

I bought a few
Nice solid unit. I have an original Monfroto version and this one is really close for a fraction of the cost. The only flaw is in the removable plastic wedge that is used when clamping to flat surfaces. The original version has a wedge made from high grade materials that clips fairly securely around one if the screws when not used. This one works fine but could Easily be lost because it doesn't stay in place unless it's used to clamp to a table or flat surface. Remove the clamp and it falls out. And it doesn't clip to anything when not used either.Otherwise it works well.I bought a few

Low cost but too many compromises on quality.
I bought this expecting a slightly lesser quality product than the Manfrotto Superclamp (which I have and so could compare) but at half the cost. The downsides outweighed any savings however. On receiving the item the following was noted: 1) the safety catch meant to prevent the stud falling out (and anything attached to it) did not work. This was not a quality control issue but a design fault: the stud retainer was so wide that the catch mechanism did not make contact with or clamp the stud. 2) the plastic pads on the clamp faces as well as the wedge insert smelled strongly like gasoline and had an oily feel. This to me indicated a cheaply recycled plastic composite that I’ve encountered before. The stuff quickly deteriorates and literally begins to fall apart within a year or two. 3) the plastic covering of the clamp faces was lower than the metal on the outer edges. This meant that it would leave sharp indentations on wooden surfaces even if gently clamped. 4) the plastic covering on the clamp faces was already starting to peel away from the metal in a couple of places. 5) The plastic wedge piece (as others have noted) fits poorly into the clamp face. More than this, it is of flimsy design with a narrow bridge piece In the centre that looks likely to come apart at any moment. And again, the plastic material was oily, smelly, fragile, and unfit for purpose.I returned this item for a full refund (thanks Amazon!) and will purchase the Manfrotto version. To me at least, the extra cost is worth the confidence I have using the authentic product, and peace of mind it brings when clamping expensive equipment.
