A perfect fit, and it relieves pressure on calfs.
I use the Sof Sole Arch Performance Insoles for my standard issued military boots. If you have ever worn a standard military boot, the shoes do not come with any sort of arch support. It has a flat slope for the inner bed, and walking around all day with those boots makes my back hurt. Now, I do not purport to whine and complain when gears are heavy, but a flat arch support (or the lack thereof) does not help with the situation. After much consideration, I have decided to give insoles a try.I decided to purchase this particular brand because of the reviews. As it had with the many other people who have reviewed this product, I am really satisfied the way it worked out for me. First of all, the insoles fit inside my boots perfectly, from toe to heel. It didn't require any kind of cutting or adjusting whatsoever. However, I may have gotten just lucky.Second, the Sof Sole Arch Performance Insoles stays in place when I am walking, running, crouching, or doing other activities that require big motion gestures and movements, so that was nice. Most importantly, not only my back stopped hurting, but my calfs began to feel different. I do not know how to word this quite eloquently, but my calfs feel loosened from being "stretchy" all the time. It is a weird feeling, it is something that I do not express often, so please bear with me here. Imagine a sensation that pulls your calf in every direction, from heels to the place where it bends inward at the knees, side to side, inside out, the entire calf portion of the leg pulling. Now, imagine a sensation that releases that tension. I am not a doctor or physical therapist or anything, but the Sof Sole Arch Performance Insoles may be distributing the pressure on the foot to the places where it is appropriate. Anyway, the point that I am trying to make here is that these soles made me feel good about buying them. So, I would easily give it five stars : )5 Stars: This product delivers what the seller claims, and the product demonstrates superior quality compared to other products in the market. Furthermore, the product has a good cost-benefit value.4 Stars: This product delivers what the seller claims, and the product demonstrates superior quality compared to other products in the market.3 Stars: This product provides what the seller claims, but you may find something better in the market at a similar cost.2 Stars: This product works, but not to the effect that the seller claims.1 Star: AVOID AT ALL COST. It might bring you harm (i.e. automobile windshield repair product might create more cracks).

Helps with PF
In an effort to help others with plantar fasciitis, let me tell you what worked for me after 8 months of PF, 2 dr visits and 4 weeks of PT -- it wasn't the dr and PT, although my physical therapist did help. PT had me do ankle pumps (30 when I wake up each morning) and eccentric calf raises every other night 3 x 12 with an aerobic stepper (KLB Sport 27" Adjustable Exercise Equipment Step Platform). Every other night 3 x 12 x 2 of the first two exercises with this ProStretch Calf Stretcher and Foot Rocker (The Original). I continue to do all of these every other night. While conti8nuing that I have used a let's try everything approach to end this ASAP. While the exercises have helped what really put me from 70% better to 95% was the following:Plantar Fasciitis Posterior Night Splint (MARS Wellness) -- much better than an earlier one I had tried from Futuro. This looks big and bulky but actually is more comfortable at night. The futuro also made parts of my foot go numb.Beurer Foot Massager With Built in Heat Function, Shiatsu like Features -- use this 45 mins a day at night with heat. I use it lightly at first until the foot warms up (5-10 mins) then apply pressure to the heel area. PT explained there are ligaments and fibers that need to be disrupted/torn up a bit in the heel. This works wonders for that. It is a bit painful at first but the heel gets numb as you gently increase the pressure down on the heel.. I hope to not need to do this forever, so far about 1 week, and it seems to be helping a lot.Sof Sole Arch Full Length Comfort High Arch Shoe Insole for Men and Women -- I also tried and like SuperFeet orange and yellow. These to me are better as the heel is cushioned. I use these now in all my shoes and footwear. They help but the are not a cure. Hopefully once I am back to 100% these will help stave off future flare ups.Fish oil supplement -- 1 per day. This is an anti-inflammatory without the long term problems of using an NSAID daily.Penetrex Pain Relief Therapy -- not sure it does anything but am continuing to try this. If nothing else it feels good to apply 2 or 3 times a day.TheraBand Foot Roller -- PT recommended this but I did not find it helpful. It does not allow enough pressure on the heel to disrupt whatever is going on there that needs to change. I replaced use of this with the Beurer Foot Massager which for me works much better.I hope this helps someone else with these issues. I am hoping this regimen will fully cure the problem in another 2-3 weeks.

Great insoles, but can be a little uncomfortable in the arch
These are really nice insoles for the price! I have high arches with out support my feet can really hurt after extended time standing or walking. These fit true to size and have been phenomenal in providing support and reliving my foot stress/pain. The only thing I don’t like is the arch support can sit a bit off and cause some discomfort and then I have make a minor adjustment to the placement of the insole to get it to sit under my arch better. I also don’t like how my arch is pushed up higher into the shoe. Makes them fit tighter, but it’s not terrible. Goes away after I start walking. I also tie them up a bit looser to accommodate. All in all I like these and if you have high arches give them a try! I am going to get another pair for my hiking boots.

Great insoles for the price!
Put these inside my combat boots and they are very comfortable and definitely worth the price!

Great for high arches and wearing low arched shoes, likke my sneakers.
I have high arches, and these work great in my sneakers. I tried them in my hiking boots, but the boots are made with some arch support and they were just too high for that purpose.
