Great for Resting meats
I like to keep my meats resting with this paper. However I would not recommend cooking with them because the grease will sip through the paper, cause flare up and burn the paper. But for resting the meats, it will lock the smokiness. I also use the paper as placemat to keep counter and table clean while seasoning meats
