In a pinch or away from home, my wife can keep one in her purse or I can keep them in my center console of my truck. Amazingly handy. Yep packages are very strong and I have never had one punctured or leak. I don't drink soft drinks and really other than water, decaffeinated ice tea and a daily focus aid there isn't much variety. When I am on the go, I typically have water with me and sometimes just want something else. I am not going to find it at the convenient store and this is when these packets are hugely handy. I really like focus aid, after a long, difficult day a focus aid returns me to the optimism of mid morning. It subtle and I don't necessarily feel different, but when at 3 pm I was ready to go home and I look at my watch and it is 5:30 and I have gotten tons accomplished, I realize the benefit. Same is true on the road. It's tiring and mundane, focus aid is beneficial to my concentration and effectiveness. If you haven't tried focus aid, try the canned first. Also don't be scared of the flavor “melon maté.” To me it is a perfect balance of say ginger ale, sprite ad fresca - though I must admit it has been over 10 years since I had any of those drinks. It's not too strong, not to sweet, doesn't have that aspartame taste of diet sodas. It really is very tasty. This is the only energy booster I will drink when I need it. Focusaid beats any of the other energy drinks that have a whole bunch of no good ingredients in them. They get the caffeine source from yerba mate which derives from a plant leaves from the IIex paraguariensis plant. I will definitely recommend this more natural energy drink to ages 18+ years.

I admit it works in giving me energy and focus when I'm at my mid afternoon slump. I wanted something with electrolytes but not the sodium and I like it's natural caffeine. However I didn't enjoy this flavor and there is a herbal aftertaste I didn't care for. It's a shame I couldn't buy a smaller pack to try and so in stuck with this whole box that wasn't very cheap.

The flavor isn't great, but it's tolerable. The powder doesn't mix well as it clumps together. The FocusAid cans are much better, but they're a bit too expensive which is where I was hoping these packets would come in. Between the off-taste and difficult mixing, I don't think it's worth the effort. Maybe if you are accustomed to blender balls and the like, it might be okay. Apart from that, I like the blend and ingredients. If I could tweak it, I would bring the caffeine amount down to about 70-80mg (about the same as a Red Bull) rather than 100, but it's still more reasonable than a lot of energy drinks these days which just pump the caffeine with very little regard. The nootropics blend does work, I feel, because I tell a difference in concentration between drinking this and another caffeinated drink.

I really find these packets so helpful when I have to stay focused on a task and be productive. Only 20 calories and they taste good. No caffeine and zero sugar. I like the Fit Aid just as much for after a hard cardio work out.

This is my go to every morning. I have energy and focus all day. On the plus side it is way cheaper than the Amare happy juice I was using.
