My car key was missing the panic button, got it from the car dealer who promised to mend it but never fulfilled his promise after he got the check. I've been meaning to go to locksmith but they apparently would charge at lease $100 even all I need is to put the panic button back on.I compared this product with my car key. It was almost identical except the serial numbers caved in the shell. I put the panic button back on all by myself. My car is a 2008 convertible New Beetle anyway. It was easy, but I do recommend you to watch some video on YouTube before you disassemble your key.
