DP Audio Video 2.5" HD Dash Cam with Night Vision

THESE CAMERAS ARE GREAT! The simplicity of these cameras is great. The recordings are clear. You just cant beat the price for the quality. We returned two other manufacturers cameras that cost much more for a few reasons. 1. instructions were so small had to take a picture and blow it up. 2. instructions were not clearly expressed. 3. to complex to set up 4. etc.

I had one of the same camera for nearly 15 years and it worked perfectly. When it finally fell apart I ordered the two. Neither of them are worth the money I paid for them. One only half works and the other works not at all. The batteries that came with them were both dead and could not be charged. I hoped that DP would still make a camera as good as the first one I owned but have been very disappointed.

Works great, piece of mind knowing it's being recorded while driving, can review if your co pilot says you went through a light or RR crossing, makes you more observant, very happy with product.

Easy install

Did not use the power cable used by an earlier dash cam. The basically looked alike. Had to rerun the wiring due to end plugged in camera. Performance is very good.

I love this

This is a cheaply made product. On day 14 or so, while attempting to secure the locking mechanism to secure the device to the front dash the tab broke while using only normal pressure. I immediately contacted the manufacturer at the email address provided in their written materials. I receive a computer generated "We have created a ticket" email but nothing since. About 20 days later I sent another email asking when I would hear back from them and have gotten no response to that either. What seemed like a great deal has turned out to be a waste of time and money DO NOT BUY.

I like the size and quality

Por el precio y para lo que es, esta bien, te ayuda a tener documentado tu camino por cualquier situación, muy fácil de instalar y ajustar el sistema de grabación de acuerdo a tus necesidades, sobre graba automáticamente, incluso al encender el auto comienza a grabar y al apagar el auto se apaga automáticamente, es muy económica y trae un buen embalaje. Por otro lado, la calidad de video es muy mala y eso puede ser un problema al querer ver las placas de otros autos, ya que para eso debes estar en stop total y muy cerca del auto de enfrente para alcanzar a ver ese nivel de detalle, aunque de noche ni así puedes verlas. La batería no dura mucho, por lo que tienes que mantenerla conectada y a mi que no me gustan los cables sueltos, llega a ser molesto. Otra cosa que no me agradó fue que la base es distinta a la que aparece en la foto, la que trae, al menos la que se vende en México, no corresponde con la de la foto, se siente muy frágil, lo que la hace poco estable. En resumen, no es mala pero igual vale la pena invertir en algo mejor.

Compre esta cámara por el precio para "probar" el producto trae una batería que se descarga rapidisimo y no hay forma de seguir grabando video al conectar via usb la cámara se bloquea, agreguen que adquirí una memoria de 64 GB que NO RECONOCE en pocas palabras un desperdicio, arrepentido y mucho de la compra.

no me agrado, la turca de la cámara y el soporte no es enrosca-ble, pero el precio es justo

Obtienes exactamente lo que pagas, a mi me funcionó bastante bien para los fines que yo la compré

La definición de imagen no es muy buena, y el ángulo de grabación es muy reducido, sin embargo la relación costo beneficio es muy buena
