Difficult to swallow.
I ordered these as they appeared to have the exact same content as the Jarrow Zinc balance that I usually buy, but at a considerably cheaper price. Unfortunately I now have a full years supply of Zinc/copper supplements that I find too difficult to swallow. The size of them is fine, they're not necessarily huge, BUT they don't appear to have any kind of coating on them meaning they are very dry and thus don't go down anywhere nearly as easily as the capsules my previous ones use. It's not impossible to swallow them, just more trouble than it's worth IMO.

not good for me
It is not a pleasure to write a bad review about a product which helps others but the zinc is not good for me. I took only 5 tablets during a few weeks and every time I felt unwell, last tablet I took a week ago and my body reacted very quickly: I felt very sick, dizzy and had bitter taste in my mouth. My stomach has been sensitive since then and I am worried to take any supplement. I have never had reaction like that after taking zinc or other supplements. Has someone similar experience, please?

As good as other brands only cheaper
Purchased for my dad who has been buying other zinc tablets from a well-known mail order company. These are identical in terms of dose but far cheaper. No issues with them at all and them seem a bargain for the price.

Good value but ....
Sadly the product makes me nauseous so i'm not able to continue taking it. Please read the small print before purchasing.
