Before I added these chair glides, a heavy set guest ripped my wool carpet by pushing himself away from the dining room table! I've used these ever since! Chairs easily glide away from the table, and the glides stay on the chair legs for years, even without the screws. Great product. Someday, I'll get around to screwing them onto the legs, but the glue is remarkably strong.

I have a coffee table that would not scoot on my low pile carpet. It was originally a dining table and someone cut the legs to shorten it. I needed something on the bottom of the feet that would allow it to glide over the carpet when I pushed on it but not move when my grandchildren leaned on it. These worked perfectly. They come with adhesive paper already on the feet to attach them and they also come with screws for a more secure attachment. We just used the adhesive paper and didn’t need to use the screws. FYI my table is quite large and heavy. These are 1/2” smaller diameter than the legs we put them on and they work great but don’t show at all.

Got these for the legs under my coffee table. Now I can slide it back and forth when I'm vacuuming and move it with ease. They work great on carpeted areas where legs can get stuck. Smooth sliding

I wanted to try these to use on my laptop table because the casters are too high to fit under the chair I sit in. It did work in that regard. The problem I found is that they only slide well in one direction. I could slide the table fine in the direction of the long side of these but not sideways. Trying to turn the table or slide it sideways felt like there was danger of the table tipping over. Also, the adhesive did not hold up and they had started to come loose, so I went back to the casters.
