What happened to sturdy metal
Sometimes I wish they would quit making plastic and go back to metal... I know these little plastic latches won't last long

Okay for what you paid for.
Kind of on the cheep side but you get what you paid for. I bought them because they were cheaper than other brands. But still does the job well.

Friction locks don't hold
They don't hold its position. They come loose when you pull on them

Flimsy and come apart with any weight.
Couldn’t even hold the weight of my 12 year old daughter as she pulled herself up. They had been securely installed and on my jeep for over a few hours I worked in the Velcro and yet they still came undone. 10/10 Would not recommend
