Too soon to tell yet if they help at 10 days.
This bottle is fairly full of product, up to the shoulder, and the capsules are smaller than some others. They are easy to take, but do have a fishy taste, expected for the product is a marine based plant. I do get some burps from this, with that telltale fishy smell on my breath. Not sure if these will be helpful yet, I've been taking 1x a day, since Nov 18th and now it is Nov 29. The expiration date is 06/25 for this bottle-so they will be good for quite a while. I love that these are wild crafted, and will continue to take them. From what I read online, this might help prevent Parkinsons disease, salmonella, and is considered a superfood, can reduce mucus (although I have not seen this benefit yet). You must stick to the recommended dose, as this contains iodine and you can get too much of that. From what I read, it contains 92 of the minerals our body needs. It is supposed to be a mild laxative, but I have not experienced this either. At this point I think it is too early to speculate anything about this product, but I hope to see benefits in my skin at some point. If something dramatic changes I will edit this review.

pure sea moss eco harvested, low enough in iodine that it is safe for hashimoto's
I was worried at first about taking this because I have Hashimoto's and too much iodine actually makes my antibodies go up and gives me a goiter. Kelp and other sea weeds are way too high in iodine for me to eat regularly. I like that this sea moss product is only sea moss and nothin added like bladderwrack or kelp. Just to make sure I researched sea moss and found a study that tested the iodine content of Chondrus crispus from near Greenland and I took that number and then I did the math and estimated that one serving of this Superfood Science which is 450mg of sea moss would come in about 47 mcg of iodine, and I can handle that much (plus or minus and margin of error due to location) as long as I am getting selenium with it which I do take daily. I have not noticed a difference since taking this but at least I have not reacted adversely to it either, nor am I done with the whole bottle yet, and I suppose the health benefits of this superfood can still be happening just internally where I won't necessarily see them. I wanted to try sea moss for the micronutrient (mineral) content and because I thought it might be a good food for good gut bugs, so we will see. I really like how this is sustainably wild harvested and made in the US too, makes me feel safer using this brand. So, I am very happy to have found this unadulterated sea moss and will most likely buy it again.

The food of the future
Let's see...While it's no substitute for EATING sea vegetation adding a little to your diet through supplements if you don't like the taste can be beneficial both ecologically and to you personally.Unlike eating fish and other aquatic animals, consuming sea vegetation doesn't encourage dragnetting, underwater deforestation, and result in mass-extinction. Instead it's basically the equivalent of growing grass in your backyard. Travel (and thus pollution from sea travel) is limited, no harsh chemical fertilizers are needed, and breeding species are not wiped out to put food on your plate. From a personal viewpoint sea vegetation is high in vitamins and minerals, and has iodine which is good for your thyroid (most people are deficient). If you suffer from thyroid problems or already take a supplement of iodine exercise caution and consult a physician as you can overdose in iodine and cause harm. With any sea-life supplement I have concerns regarding heavy metals (lead specifically) but this supplement is processed in the U.S.A. and claims to have laboratory tests for heavy metals (what said tests show, I have no idea).

Excellent source of sea moss!
This is by far the best sea moss I have ever tried. Not only is it sourced from a safe location, managed by a great company, but best of all they isolate the moss and present it without a variety of mixes. This was very well tolerated by my touchy digestive system and I feel good knowing that I am helping my aging body as best as I can.Great stuff!
